We hope you are happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Contact us via email to initiate the return process.
Return Period
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return it, without needing to provide a reason. Please ensure your return is shipped within this period.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags.
- Shipping costs for returns are not reimbursed.
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, return your order for a refund or opt for a gift card with 15% extra value.
Refund Options
- Gift Card (+15% Extra Value): Get your refund quickly with an additional 15% bonus! Returns are processed within 2-3 business days after receipt.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds to your original payment method typically take 7-10 business days after your return has been processed.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss an alternative. Shipping costs for the replacement item are free.
Damaged or Defective Items

Exclusions
- Items returned after the 14-day return period.
- Worn or damaged items that were not reported to our customer service.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense and depend on the carrier and country of return. Please note that import duties and customs fees for exchanges are not covered. Always keep your shipping receipt with a track & trace number until your return is fully processed.
Return Processing
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once received at our warehouse, returns are processed within 10 business days. Refunds may take up to 7 days to appear in your bank account.
